Q. I have no money in my phone currently, but I have the BIS added to my account, and I can still browse the internet and download stuff. So does the BIS actually allow me to do this? And also, when I download apps, it says "25MB free." Is this the amount I am allowed to download before having to rebuy the package?

A. 25MB free indicates how much space yopu have left to store apps on your phone/memory card.
