A. delete the desktop manager completely. from the control panel go to blackberry.com and get the latest version..........it shld be ver 4.3

Attach your phone via USB cable and open BBDM. Any updates should listed. If they aren't a Click on The Application Loader icon.

A. Yes, but you need to make sure the version of the Blackberry desktop manager has Roxio Media Manager on it to make life easy. Here's a link to a tutorial on how to use the Media Manager. The pics may look slightly different depending on the version you have but it is the same process. Got to Blackberry's website for more help as well.
