Q. So my new 9320 blackberry internet services are not working, including my bbm. I have spoken to many people who said to take out the battery and sim, when the device is on, I have done that and it still hasn't worked? What has ever people done, which worked?

Q. I have no money in my phone currently, but I have the BIS added to my account, and I can still browse the internet and download stuff. So does the BIS actually allow me to do this? And also, when I download apps, it says "25MB free." Is this the amount I am allowed to download before having to rebuy the package?

A. 25MB free indicates how much space yopu have left to store apps on your phone/memory card.
