Q. When I tried to install it for the first time I had to use an external drive because the drive on my laptop will not work. It said I had an invalid H drive. So I went to Blackberry's website and downloaded it. I installed it again and it also said invalid H drive. I can't figure out what the problem it, please help!
A. Drive H just means one of your slots in your computer .Like for your USB or any connection to your computer.

Q. I installed the blackberry software on my pc but I'm noticing that it's a really huge file that I would hardly use. Does anyone else feel the same way? What do you mostly use your software for?
A. Idk I didn't install mine. Cuase it was mainly for transferring like adresses and contacts and stuff like that idt its really for transfering media stuff like music and pics. So I didn't bother and seem to get along just fine without it. Sorry I didn't really help

A. delete the desktop manager completely. from the control panel go to blackberry.com and get the latest version..........it shld be ver 4.3
